Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all services and digital products sold by Pivotal AP.

Services — No Refunds Once Work Begins

All service purchases are final once work has started.

Work is considered started when any of the following occur:

  • Intake information is received
  • A calendar booking is confirmed
  • First action is taken on your request

No refunds are issued for:

  • Dissatisfaction with results
  • Client delays or lack of response
  • Partial completion
  • Change of mind

Discretionary Refunds

Any refund, if granted, is provided solely at the discretion of Pivotal AP and is not guaranteed.

Digital Products — All Sales Final

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

No refunds are provided for:

  • “Didn’t like it”
  • “Didn’t use it”
  • “Purchased by mistake”
  • “Changed my mind”

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks violate these Terms.

Pivotal AP reserves the right to:
