Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all services and digital products sold by Pivotal AP.
Services — No Refunds Once Work Begins
All service purchases are final once work has started.
Work is considered started when any of the following occur:
- Intake information is received
- A calendar booking is confirmed
- First action is taken on your request
No refunds are issued for:
- Dissatisfaction with results
- Client delays or lack of response
- Partial completion
- Change of mind
Discretionary Refunds
Any refund, if granted, is provided solely at the discretion of Pivotal AP and is not guaranteed.
Digital Products — All Sales Final
All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
No refunds are provided for:
- “Didn’t like it”
- “Didn’t use it”
- “Purchased by mistake”
- “Changed my mind”
Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks violate these Terms.
Pivotal AP reserves the right to:
